PLAIN ROUND STEEL BARS

Plain round steel bars are finished steel bars that are hot-rolled and naturally cooled. They are made of low-carbon steel and ordinary alloy steel pressed at high temperatures. They are mainly used for the reinforcement of reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete structures. They are one of the most widely used steel varieties in civil construction projects.

Plain round bars are mostly rolled into wire rods with a diameter of 6.5 to 12 mm; those with a diameter of 12 to 40 mm are generally straight bars of 6 to 12 meters in length. Grade I steel bars (Q235 steel bars) are all rolled into smooth round cross-sections and are supplied in the form of coils with a diameter of no more than 12 mm and a length of 6m to 12m.

Rural and simple buildings‌: Plain round steel bars are used in self-built houses in rural areas, simple farmer's market stall foundations, small fire pool concrete structures, simple bicycle shed structures, etc. ‌Temporary buildings and facilities‌: Plain round steel bars are also used in the foundation parts of some temporary buildings, temporary warehouse floors, simple bus station foundations, etc. ‌Other applications‌: Plain round steel bars are also used for small parking lot ground reinforcement, ordinary fence concrete structures, simple flower bed structures, small communication base station foundations, etc. ‌
